Anyone remember the retail & online store, C. Wonder? Started by Chris Burch (yes, ex-husband of Tory Burch) in 2011, C. Wonder specialized in preppy, kitschy clothing, accessories, and home goods at a fabulously low price point. It took me about a year to learn of the website but once I did, I. Was. Obsessed. Particularly with the shoes (shocking, I know). At the top of its game, it seemed that there was new, fresh merchandise every week and equally frequent sales, which my wallet particularly appreciated.
Fast forward to late 2014 – C. Wonder unexpectedly shuts down its online site and shortly thereafter announces it’s closing all stores. The cause? Rapid brick and mortar expansion. Heart. Broken. No more adorable loafers, sandals, bangles, blouses … ugh.
Skip again to about a month ago when my eyes skim a text message that reads, “I think C. Wonder is back on QVC??” AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
It’s true, folks! C. Wonder is back with a limited collection on QVC. AND to throw an additional fun twist into the mix, Brad Goreski of E!’s Fashion Police is the new Creative Director. Needless to say … there are already a pair of cork flats sitting in my closet.
Check out the collection and my favorites below. Happy shopping!
